COUNSELLING SERVICES - SOUTHAMPTON

Offering Person Centred and Couples Counselling

About Me:

I have been offering counselling in Southampton for over 10yrs and I have extensive experience of working with children, young people, adults, and couples. During this time I have supported a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, self-harm, eating disorders, substance use, and addiction. I also have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, bereavement, domestic abuse, sexual violence, relationship issues, and other forms of trauma.

I believe people have the answers within them, and when in the right environment where they feel heard, understood and seen, it allows a process where they can begin to hear themselves more clearly. Whether that’s being able to accept feelings and having the ability to sit with those emotions to greater depth, making changes in life that aligns more with their values and beliefs or setting boundaries that enable them to grow. I work to empower, strengthen and support clients to find their direction for long term change and growth that can last a life time.
